Хотя информация на английском, попрактиковаться лишний раз в английском и перевести все же стоит. Так уж получается, что в то время как за бугром все более озабочены здоровьем, качеством хлеба насущного и экологией, в России кудахчут, клюют и разводят сыр бор на тему как олигархам и государственным наследникам поделить землю и барыши, направляя народные умы в русло вопросов мелочных и ничтожных, совершенной далеких от настоящих человеческих ценностей.</p>
<p>Коротко, в статье говорится о том, что, вопреки сложившимся стереотипам и ленности, спорт нам особенно необходим, когда мы:<br />
1. Перенесли несложную операцию<br />
2. Заболели респираторным заболеванием<br />
3. Страдаем головными болями<br />
4. Страдаем обструктивной болезнью легких<br />
5. Беременны<br />
6. Больны остеоартритом и другими заболеваниями суставов<br />
7. Страдаем синдромом раздраженного желудка<br />
8. Испытываем симптомы менопаузы<br />
9. Бросаем курить<br />

Таким образом, выявлено, что наивысшей антиоксидантной активностью обладают специи. Во главе стоит сушеный сумак, за которым следуют гвоздика, отруби сорго (хотя и не специя), оригано, розмарин, тимьян, корица, куркума, ваниль, шалфей, сычуанский перец. Из того, что реально можно поглощать сотнями граммов стоит выделить экзотическую для нас ягоду асаи, которую можно заказать по интернету или купить за границой, и 100%-ый шоколад или кокао порошок. Далее следуют по убыванию ежевика, орех пекан, рябина, грецкий орех, &#8220;золотой&#8221; изюм, голубика, сушеные груши, отварные артишоки, клюква, красные и черные бобы. Как видите, лимоны и апельсины отнюдь не на первом месте. Более того, их опережают свежая зелень, имбирь, бузина, грецкий орех. Обобщенно говоря, антиоксидантной активностью обладают продукты богатые токоферолами (витамины Е), пектином, аскорбиновой кислотой (витамин C), лимонной кислотой, антоцианинами и др. </p>
