In Defense Of Home Cooking When Making Career

This is an excellent article describing general working public opinion about time spent on cooking. I share the author’s fear regarding “the prospect of a world where being a professional and having a home-cooked dinner are incongruous, or at the very least, considered a lifestyle luxury.” In the end, we are always able to make our choices in life.
