Inspired by Fajitas but not Fajitas at all:)

This is not something extraordinary but simple with fresh touch. A mixture of Mexican and European flavors in one plate. Just assemble shrimp and vegetable mix on top of the thick slice of home-made corn bread, having spooned some salsa onto the bottom of the plate first. Then garnish with a spoonful of Greek yogurt, chopped cilantro, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve with a wedge of lime.
